“I checked in late but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I got the room that I booked with the amazing unobstructed view of the river. I had some laundry and it was done at a very cheap price. The room was neat and clean, the terrace is large and private, bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is large and newly renovated. The staff is really caring, attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. ”

“My medication i had with me from Norway was taken from my room and I forgot my Nike shoes that cost me 200 dollars and on the last day my kids were in the hotel shop and the guy that worked there tried to take my daughters money from her pocket. My daughter came up to the room and were shocked and I told her come with me we can go back she said no I don’t want to buy anything anymore.
