Great location with 5 min walk to central station and major sights. We stayed on the second floor and was it was a bit noisy as it is right above the Main Street.

The room is very spacious and clean .
nice stay in Brussels though the room rate is a bit high.

the overall conditions of hotel live up to my expectation being a five stars hotel. unfortunately, the house keeping services were so bad that i requested a tea pot for several times since check in. no one in the hotel responded to my request. i have to walk down to the restaurant and ask for one.
