What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Each guest may bring one piece of luggage free of charge (no size limit).
- Advance notice is required if bringing luggage. Failure to inform in advance may result in boarding refusal without a refund.
- Additional luggage will incur a JPY2,000 fee per item, payable on-site.
- Children aged 0–2 can be held and do not occupy a seat.
- Children aged 3 and above are charged as adults.
- If a non-seated child is not declared in advance, the driver may refuse boarding without a refund.
- Vehicle type will be assigned based on the number of participants.
