It was the perfect cozy stay for 3 of us girls traveling to Patagonia! The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice feature. The staff and front desk are so welcoming and go above and beyond for the guests. The restaurant had great food and even offered room service for the long days after we hiked. The staff were wonderful, very informative front desk and great service at the bar and restaurant. We ate most nights here and had very good food. The place had a very homey feel, not overly large at all. The breakfast was very good and available as early as 6 am, which helped us as we had excursions planned that picked is up by 645 am. The view from our room overlooking the sound and mountains was stunning. The staff were courteous and attentive, and the room was impeccably clean, which made for a comfortable experience. The hotel is about a thirty-five minute walk into town, but there are also taxi and Uber options available for those who prefer not to walk. The heat was perfect, the areas spacious and calming. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Dining/bar staff were very personable. A couple of things could have been smoother: our maid service was uneven, and it was inconvenient to have to make a reservation just for dessert.
