Every thing about the Graffiti is excellent, our 4th visit, great having 24hr reception, staff are great, it really is more homely than a hotel. The apartment is very clean, when you walk in it’s like no one else has been there so a good shoutout to the house keeping staff

What a gem and amazing location next to Plaza Merced just steps away from all of the restaurants, shopping, and historical landmarks. I was impressed with the size of the suite and incredible attention to detail in every room. The bedroom was the best with super comfy bed and linens which made every night restful. I will definitely be back to this hotel for so many reasons.

From start to finish our sray was simply perfect. Felt safe, very clean bedroom with daily cleaning. Kitchen fully equipped with washing machine which is handy if you travel with kids. We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally polite and professional, and the communication was always prompt and helpful. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. Also the location was great. It was so calm even we were in the city centre. Also for our baby they provided all needed equipment. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.
