Perhaps you should provide another mood like “neutral”. Honestly I was not happy but neither displeased with the fight but there is always room for improvement. Although it seems that in the case of the airlines things don’t improve instead they go the other way around. Like having to pay extra even if you already pay for economy, so on and on. You all know it. Thanks!
Chicago airport need to change! Why did we taxi and wait for 30 minutes
I would recommend Finnair to anyone who flies from the US to Europe, and shell out the extra cost for the extra legroom seats. The legroom plus the extra perks that come with it make a big difference on an 8-9 hour flight, and well worth it in my opinion.
I had to confirm my gluten free food selection multiple times. It was nearly left off anyway!
This was a perfectly fine flight. I would fly with Finnair again.
I was changed for luggage.
I am not happy with delays on both my Chicago-Helsinki and back trips.
This was operated by Finnair, not the blessed AA which I avoid whenever possible.
These flights were on Finnair representing American Airlines. Finnair is far superior to previous experiences with American..
Finnair is wonderful. O'Hare is a nightmare.our plane waited nearly an hour for a gate. Long security lines and confusion at customs. Helsinki airport was much better.
