I had a Visa problem. Expedia on-line staff were extremely diligent and helpful. (I found out that the link through Expedia was not Expedia and I didn't have a Visa. However, the Expedia help desk (Roger?) stuck with me while it got figured out. It was 1 HR 45 minutes. Finally they gave me a phone number to be able to apply for Visa that I got in the nick of time. All the airlines folks and the Expedia staff were extremely helpful in a stressful situation. By the way, the phone number they gave me and the website allowed for me to get my electronic visas.
