My luggage weighed 53 pounds. I have a broken ankle and was in a wheelchair. The curbside people told me that if I could carry more on the plane than I could reduce the weight to 50 pounds. They did not offer to help me and I could not even stand up to try to unzip my suitcase. Ultimately, I paid another $100 for being handicapped and not able to juggle luggage. This made me feel like you have no compassion. I was traveling by myself and I could not physically open suitcase. Hotel had packed it. Very disappointed in that part of your customer service.
