The staff was amazing and very helpful. They moved our room after our first night because the people in the room above us were so loud we could hear everything. The rooms are nice but have some drawbacks: in order to have your windows open to get fresh air at night, the room is flooded with all the uplighting surrounding the hotel. The windows have wooden shutters inside which means in order to block out the light, you must close the windows and then close the wooden shutters. Either turn off the floodlights at night or provide some curtains. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything in the room next to you. We couldn’t get any of the TV apps to work so only had access to Italian TV. Did a fun (but very long) cooking class. The pool area is interesting but not inviting. It’s in a corner in the main area of the courtyard and faces 2 walls so there is no view. Also not very private. There is no lobby bar or any soft seating to relax anywhere. There is also not a set restaurant at the hotel - you have to do a cooking class or a private chef cooking for you (which would be nice but it’s in the cooking class/breakfast room so you have to experience it while a class is going on beside you). It’s a very pretty hotel but not really designed for the best experience for guests.

Good breakfast. Good aircondition. Nice room, but we had some ants. Good food in most restaurants. Chang Tai was a bit disappointing. La Brace was excellent and worth the extra cost. All the treadmills in gym are not working properly and needs to be fixed. We could not run faster than 8 km/h or for longer than 20 minutes continously before it shut itself off. Staff have no overview of what is promised in booking and did not give us the discounts or benefits we were promised in Signature Level from Hotels.com, even though we showed them.

交通方便，去中央火車站搭乘巴士路缐班次均多，距離也近，僅需約10分鐘車程。去Palermo 城內古蹟景點也很近，附近飯店也多，價格合理。飯店附的早餐菜色雖不是太多，但品質很好。

只住了一个晚上房间有个漂亮的邻街阳台但却不能打开阳台的门 因为噪音太大 其他都还不错

靠近港口，适合坐船出游的游客。顶层餐厅风景特别好，静静喝杯咖啡，看着远处大海，享受西西里慢生活。 Close to the harbor, suitable for tourists traveling by ship.The penthouse has a great view, with a cup of coffee, enjoy the view of the sea and enjoy a slow life in Sicily.

Cet hôtel est idéalement placé avec une architecture et un style très authentique. Le personnel est merveilleux et très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est magnifique!!!
