A very enjoyable stay at this well located and comfortable hotel. The amenities were excellent, breakfast generous, staff were friendly helpful and professional. The room was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious due to clever design and furnishing. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.

Pros: comfy beds. Spacious. Functioning kitchen with great table. Very good location and it seems pretty modern and clean. Cons: the unit is on the 5th floor and the elevators are completely unreliable. We had to carry our luggage up five flights and now that I've seen reviews on other websites I see this is a recurring problem so buyer beware. When we checked out the elevator stopped with a family member stuck inside. Nothing worked to free her so the fire department was called to rescue her. If you want to risk your international flight because the elevators keep failing or you want to drag heavy baggage up and down 88 steps then this is a fine choice. The company renting this unit didn't offer any compensation for the elevator issues but I did some apologies,

Overall we were comfortable here, and very much enjoyed our time in Copenhagen. The location is very good. The decor is pretty. The staff all very friendly and eager to please. We were very grateful that they got us into our room early on the day of arrival. A few things were a bit irksome, however. 1. An outrageous hourly charge to use the swimming pool. (That not a single person that we saw used the entirety of our 5 day stay…. No wonder.). Maybe this is normal here, but was a surprise to us, and seemed unwelcoming, poor value, and a strange positioning decision. 2. Very disappointing meal at the restaurant. Friendly service, but like you’d expect at a diner not a medium upscale dining experience. For our bistecca we were left to handle our way through a grissly steak with butter knives. We were checked on by the waiter about 25 minutes after being served the meal. Sorry. Not good enough. 3. Mini bar locked. Followed directions to request they unlock it by phone. Didn’t work. Two visits from the staff to remedy. Realizing these little technical difficulties happen, of course, but it was a small irritant and just a thing that shouldn’t have even existed. Why lock it at all?? 4. Lotion bottle in room filled with hand soap. Again, tiny issue, but annoying and required asking for correction. 5. Shower unavoidably leaked profusely into bathroom floor. Bathmat dam sort of worked but resulted in drenched mat with nowhere to really put it afterwards.
