The food was delicious, but the room was seriously overpriced. The price did not reflect what I actually received. The photos on the website when I made the booking were completely different from the room I was given in reality. It was very unfair to me. When I booked, I was told that check-in would be at 4:00 PM. However, on the day of my stay, the staff informed me that my room was not ready and asked me to wait until 5:00 PM instead. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience, and because of everything that happened, I don’t think I will be staying here again. Another disappointing experience happened on the morning I checked out. Before leaving my room, I accidentally forgot my phone charger. I realized it only after I had already checked out. When I returned and asked the staff for assistance, they showed no concern and took no responsibility whatsoever. This was an extremely disappointing experience and one that I will never forget. Because of everything that happened during my stay, I have no intention of returning to this hotel in the future.
