Yas Island Beach Vacations

We thoroughly love staying here, we’re up to about our 8th stay… Staff are wonderful. The place is spotless and they can’t do enough for you, One thing we did notice this time as it was so busy (due to the EID holidays) using the pool at the sister hotel wasn’t possible .. so we stayed by our pool at the Staybridge, which was lovely however the local restaurant on site “Stills” wouldn’t allow us to take drinks from the premises to the pool which is 50 yards away, so whilst the sister hotel has the beauty of being able to get food and drinks whilst at the pool we couldn’t get anything which is a real shame as it’s the only thing we felt let it down for us on this occasion.

I asked for my towels to be changed . They just got me new ones and left it on the bed, not collecting the old ones or checking the bathroom. Also I asked for tea bag’s, they kept it in the laundry bag and kept it on the console. Not the standard you’d expect from a W hotel

Clean room

From the moment we stepped into the hotel the experience was excellent. Concientious and helpful staff made check in a breeze, and throughout the entire stay ran to open doors, did everything they could to be helpful, and made my kids smile. Binod, Parisha and more were just delightful. The room was clean, modern and well maintained. When looking at pictures of the hotel we were sure the room was an AI image - it did in fact look exactly as nice as the pictures showed. The hotel itself is bright and clean and the staff take a lot of care to make sure it always looks inviting. The meals were excellent, and the wait staff was eager to help and made sure to seat us in a place that was comfortable for our large family with small kids. There was a large variety of great food, something for everyone even picky kids. The indoor playground in the hotel is a great add on for familied with kids, and the woman working there was kind and spent a long time playing with our kids so we could have a break. The pool area is also clean and a great size - not too massive that we couldn't keep track of the kids, but big enough to feel luxurious. The kids pool is great as well, and there were plenty of towels at all times. The hotel is situated in a great location on Yas island, roughly a 5-10 minue taxi to anywhere you want to go. We also took advantage of the free hotel shuttle to the parks which left and arrived exactly on time. Our stay included some free tickets to the parks.

Well maintained property. Fun theme parks within minutes via car. Staff was very helpful. Family friendly atmosphere.
