The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The view from our balcony room was stunning, and the room itself was very nice. However a few things came to us as a surprise during our stay and were frusrating. First, i did not get the room i booked through expedia. I booked a 1 king+sofa bed, and they gave a room with only 1 king bed, saying the sofa bed are reserved for parties of 3 or more. This rule was never stated anywhere, and i booked a room with a sofa bed. As well my mom came with me on this trip, only my name was on the reservation, and they said they charge an extra 25euros per night per extra guest. That seemed ridiculous, thankfully the staff were kind enough to waive this fee. As well, the AC in our room was broken the first 2 nights, but was fixed. We have 4 keycards die on us through the trip and constantly had to be going to the desk to re issue our key cards. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk to old town split, and the hotel itself is on a hill. There are no dining options close by. We wanted to order from the pool menu one night, only to be told the pool menu closes at 6pm, this was not posted anywhere, so with no dining options nearby we had to eat from the hotel buffett which was 35euro p/p for standard, limited option food. We also wanted to go for a night swim, only to be told the pool closes at 7pm, which is also not posted anywhere. Marlo at the front desk was so helpful checking in and with parking (off site) and luggage. Rooms were clean, spacious, had coffee maker, big shower, all very nice. LOCATION was perfect!! Breakfast was very good…butter as well as menu order included. Had gf bread. Too bad I couldn’t sample all the other scrumptious looking baked goods! I would love to return. Dinner at nearby K.užina was extraordinary. Had the tasting menu, as well as the matching tasting wine selections. I HIGHLY recommend that little restaurant!!

Great hotel! The spa was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was Very helpful and professional. The location is close to everything you need including restaurants , shopping , the ferry , and all the tourist sights . The room was modern , and although the roof top terrace , pool and bar were closed for the season, it looked modern , clean and had an AMAZING VIEW. The hotel is in a very safe area , (even though Split is very safe anyways ) I would totally recommend this hotel . Great Stay !

Stylish and well appointed apartment in an incredible location in the old town. Was a 3 minute walk to everything. Vladimir was also an excellent host, very helpful and friendly (helped get our bags up the flights of stairs!). I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Vladimir!!

Exceptional Stay – Truly Above and Beyond This hotel in Croatia is extraordinary. The service was nothing short of exceptional—warm, personal, and full of thoughtful surprise-and-delight moments that made our stay unforgettable. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and luxuriously comfortable, with every detail carefully considered. The location was perfect—an easy walk to Old Town while still offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.
