我們帶幼兒的一家三口住了7晚，初到時對位置比較失望，因為離地鐵站15分鐘距離，而且不在繁華大街上，而是位在小區的大街上，可是住了多天，認識了酒店附近就喜愛上這酒店位置了，走5分鐘，無論在前方或後方，都有好味的小館酒吧，走15分鐘就到著名的Borough market，附近也有美味的餐廳。
飯店附近有2個好玩的playground ，Borough站也有一個很大的playground，滿足幼兒的喜好。
The Shard 只有三間餐廳及觀景層，沒有商場，不是吃飯或高層觀光就不用去了。
酒店早餐美味，每天更換口味，新鮮熱呼呼的麵包，個人覺得十分滿意。
酒店職員親切，主動聊天像家人，可是查詢附近餐廳，的士或租車公司就沒有資料提供，也不會幫忙查找，要靠自己處理。
洗衣房衛生良好，機器頗新，沒有異味。
房間每天打掃及清潔，提供毛巾，基本衛浴清洗液。
我會推薦行 程輕鬆的朋友。
最後，最近租車地點在waterloo station，酒店附近有24小時£35的停車場。

The location is super conveniences. And safe. The day time front officers Ms. Marta Is super nice and amazing. Always greet you with the best smiling. And she always willing to help.
Need to be aware that there is no housekeeping service on Sunday. And I do not really understand why the housekeeping never refill the shampoo and shower gel every day. We always need to ask teg FO bring it up when we are back to the hotel.
The FO is 24/7. As said, Marta is amazing. Bit the night time FO often not in the area and have a super strong smell Of smoke. But other than that. It is a great hotel and a great spot to spend your time in London.
