Clean, comfortable & convenient location

The location of the hotel was amazing! The room was a good size, the bathtub was very nice. The main issue I had with the property was that our air conditioner did not work properly. It made for a very uncomfortable night sleep. We did notify the staff, and they tried to help us with it. Even after they fiddled with it, it did not change anything. It was very stuffy and oppressively warm in the room.

Loin d'être un hôtel 4 étoiles. Certes l'emplacement est top et le personnel sympa, mais la chambre est basique voire guerre mieux qu'un ibis et l'entretien laisse à désirer. Dommage.

Arrived at 2:50pm for 3 pm checkin and we were asked to come back at 3. Room view was a wall and other side construction. When I asked how early construction started I was told we wouldn't hear anything. Then a really rude guy called back annoyed and said it started at 10:30am which is "a very reasonable time to start" I was woken up at 7am by the construction. We couldn't use our outdoor patio unless we wanted to watch the construction. Overall super over priced. Gym tint and no AC. I was so excited to stay here and was majorly let down. They also forgot to bring our luggage to room, had to call looking for it as well as no pool towels at pool. All the little things kept adding up.

The hotel was closed on arrival at 11.30 pm with no warning and no email or text . Appalling . Never again in Ibis

Cet appart’hôtel ne mérite absolument pas ses 3 étoiles. Le lit est très inconfortable et la literie est de très mauvaise qualité. J’ai eu mal au dos pendant tout le séjour. Concernant le parking, nous étions obligés de payer 5 € par jour et de réserver une place pour toute la durée du séjour (4 semaines), alors que nous n’avions loué une voiture que pendant 4 jours. De plus, lorsque nous avions besoin d’un parking pour notre voiture, nous avons dû en prendre un à proximité pour 11 € par jour. Le ménage n’a pas été fait à plusieurs reprises. Il fallait insister pour qu’une personne vienne nettoyer. Les serviettes et les draps n’ont été changés que deux fois en un mois, malgré plusieurs relances. Le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas, la bouilloire était tellement remplie de tartre qu’elle était inutilisable, l’évier était bouché et la climatisation fonctionnait de manière aléatoire. Pour un établissement 3 étoiles, c’est très décevant. Je déconseille fortement cet appart’hôtel. À fuir.
