Perfect place! The only setback is the restaurant service outside, which was ultra slow and subpar, but anything else is top notch. Would stay again.

This is far from a 4 stars hotel. It looked better on the pictures than it is. The is no sauna/hammam/spa service available except for an offer 2 half-days a weeks… The breakfast was unavailable to us. It is irritating to pay the “ hotel price” we paid but to be ask to deal with removing the bed sheets and get the trash out. The pool is nice and it is walking distance from the beach and the downtown area with dining options.

Unbelievable property on the beach in France. Most people think of the Mediterranean when you say the south of France but Biarritz and this hotel is just as good or better! Top 5 spas I’ve been to worldwide!

Good location in front of the beach. The indoor swimming pool and hot tubs are nice and well maintained, and certainly a highlight. The rooms are small (even the deluxe rooms) . The furniture is not of the highest quality and somewhat beat up. Small bathroom. The staff tends to be rude and unhelpful. That includes the staff at the reception and many of the waiters. The breakfast is substandard, which is a disappointment given the location overlooking the bay. All and all, this is not a 5 star hotel. More like a 3.5 star, with poor service and severely overpriced. I do not recommend it.

It was very quaint looking had a lot of character.. very old, beautiful wood floors. The breakfast room was absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast was really good! There are lots of other areas on site that were also inviting, but the weather is very hot so we did not enjoy those. The rooms are not very big but adequate for my husband and me. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would recommend getting a parking space and getting breakfast!
