absolutely gorgeous hotel, the spa was amazing, we loved the location, and best of all each and every person we met there was just so gracious and helpful. The main conceirge saved our lives by fixing a train reservation I had completely fumbled - he found us a far better train, at a far better price, and helped us navigate the difficult reservation system. we would not have been able to do without him. other travelers told us they had taken the front desks help in many other ways all to excellent effect, as well. We will definitely come back some time, and tell our friends to do the same! Cindy

Beautiful hotel in a very central location. The rooms are small but the bathroom was of good size. I would choose a larger room next time (we had at the standard room). A tip is that their valet parking is just them charging you 30 euros to park your car in the public underground car park around the corner, so we opted to just park the car ourselves after dropping the luggage. Would return to this hotel in the future.
