On arrival at 4:45pm I could not check in as the room was not ready. There is a shortage of employed staff. Reception was often not manned. There were no staff at breakfast other than one employee occasionally bringing in food to the buffet. No one else could be found to help. Most tables at breakfast were in need of clearing for the next to arrive but lay with dirty plates because there was no one to do it. All this for £97 for the night. I was glad to leave in the morning.

Top to bottom mgmt and entire staff is friendly accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast is great, location is fantastic rooms nice and clean - just request ocean side rooms - there's construction on the back end difficult to sleep - between seagulls at 4:30-5:30am and construction noise on the back end.
