Nice staff, great location, but the place is full of mosquitos, all kinds of bugs, and even snake... Can't feel the safety after seeing that and checked out quickly...

Beautiful appointed, super clean, and well decorated room, with comfortable beds and fluffy pillows. Nice 3rd floor balcony with rocking chairs for morning coffee. The outdoor hot water spa/hot tub and gas fire pits were great amenities, as well as the on site restaurant with delicious food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Beautiful resort next to a quiet beach. Overall a great stay with some minor issues: no Keurig coffee pot in your room - just a pot to heat water and prepare steeped coffee, which I don’t like, but they have a coffee bar with good coffee. Also had a minor issue with the bill but staff took care of it promptly. Outstanding customer service overall with courteous and attentive staff. Would definitely come back.
