圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。

Great hotel, made better by the Magma experience - which was given as an upgrade as our original size room was not ready (instead we had a slightly smaller, recently renovated room which could not have been improved on!) Staff were helpful, hotel was immaculately clean and food was good.

We stayed at Barceló for 14 days because we wanted to be able to completely relax and not have to worry about anything during our entire holiday. We were two adults and our 5 year old son. It was our wedding anniversary when we arrived, and the staff had decorated our room beautifully. It was a fantastic way to be welcomed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. During the entire 14 days, there was only one day we didn’t find the food particularly exciting. Otherwise, there was always something we enjoyed, and there were always good options for our son as well. Unfortunately, a couple of times we found that there was no coffee left in the room after housekeeping, or that our used glasses had not been cleaned properly. However, these are very minor things and certainly not something we would hold against the hotel. The person I would like to give the biggest praise to is Alicia from the kids’ club. I apologize if I have spelled her name incorrectly, but I’m sure you know who I mean. My son absolutely adored her, and so did we. She was incredibly good at creating joy and making the children feel comfortable, even though our son can neither speak nor understand English. He felt 100% safe and comfortable around her, and his face would light up every time he saw her. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much! The fitness facilities could perhaps be improved a little, and a bit sad that the crossfit area was closed.
