"It was quite disappointed that the Hotel receptionist declined our request to call for a Grab with the reason that they don't have the driver list. Nightmare

"We booked the Deluxe Chalet room with sea view, 678 sq ft. They gave us a garden room with many dead mosquito on the bed and on the table. So I asked the front desk to change our room with sea view. So they changed us another so called very little seaview room and only 300 sq ft. We are very disappointed ..."
