Room 303. Air conditioning unit never got to temp and made clicking noise every time it cycled down. I informed the desk at check out. Housekeeping. Sub par. Trash emptied and towels somewhat replaced. Good thing that all three of us were not showering on last day because we only had two bath towels. Our glasses and coffee cups were not replaced. I straightened our beds but usually, housekeeping would do it to their standards. Hair in the shower upon check in. Right after check-in, it was requested of us that engineering needed access to the rooftop through our windows. That was uncomfortable. You should not rent that room ever if that is required. Or at the last resort if anything.

The hotel was nice and we enjoyed the hot tub. The only negative was our room had multiple stink bugs. Don’t really think the staff could do much to avoid this time of year. Everything was clean and staff friendly.
