I called the front desk 5 times and no answer and three times from my cell. Called the booking line because that was the only person who answered and a 4 minute plus call in the middle of the night. We couldn’t get the room to stay cool it was 74 degrees when we arrived and after 2 hours the temperature hadn’t changed. The maintenance man was very helpful he gave a a fan that did help. He was so nice and friendly also. The cleaning staff were so nice. Thank you Grace for doing such an amazing job."
