I enjoyed my stay, the team was excellent

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and generally well maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathrooms. While they were clean, the toilets and bathroom fittings looked slightly dated and a little run down compared with the rest of the property. Overall, we had a good experience and appreciated the upgrade and the cleanliness of the hotel. With some refurbishment of the bathrooms, the property could be even better.

Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating! The hotel is very LGBTQIA+ friendly and I will be recommending them to friends who visit Mumbai. Thanks so much for your kindness!

The worst hotel experience in India. The staff were uninterested and were just unhelpful. The food in the Chinese restaurant was sub par - such a pity because at one time it used to be really good. If you need to stay near the airport, I would suggest looking at other places.

This hotel is in easy reach of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are clean, service is good. Would be nice if they had a dining room , instead of breakfast served in your room. Overall a convenient place to stay short term or a stopover before or after flights.

Our stay at the Lalco Residency was very good. The staff were very kind and hospitable, the food was exceptional and the cleaners were amazing. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, and the theming was very homely. The pool was clean and surprisingly quiet, so you could swim your laps and have a good time. The Lalco was a short taxi or auto ride from two metro stations SEEPZ or Aarey JVLR or 15-20 mins from Andheri local station. As a family of four we would recommend the Lalco Residency for a stay in Mumbai.
