“They changed our booking to another hotel at the last moment.We were helpless to make another booking of our own as we were boarding the flight when we received the message about change of hotel from Alfa suite staff.When we reached the hotel,we were shocked.It was a sort of lodge like set up.We had already paid Alfa suites the full payment in advance but on Vacating the room they asked us to pay the bill ,as they didn’t receive payment from Alfa suite.We showed them the payment details we made……
