Hotellet trænger til en kærlig hånd. Poolen havde alger op af siderne og trængte til en gang rengøring og en klat maling. Badet var med dårlige brusere ( boede på 2 forskellige værelser under opholdet) som ikke kunne sidde fast på stangen, da skrueklemmen var i stykker, så man skulle holde den i hånden. Vandet lugtede af kloak. Den ekstra opredning ( sovesofa) var med elendig madras. Larmen fra flyvemaskiner, var belastende. Det der var godt, var den lille private strand der hører til hotellet.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, 2 adults and 2 kids. The cleaniness of the room was frankly appalling. We had duvet with blood stains (not ours, obviously) for multiple days. We raised complaints to hotel and the answers we received (by 3 different people) included: 1) laundry was done by an external company so it was not their problem. 2) they proposed to just change the beddings and acted like nothing happened. 3) when we ask for partial refund / form of compensation we were told we could not get anything directly from them because we booked the stay via Expedia (I doubt that was true). It is a shame really - Mar-Bella was an otherwise great hotel with excellent facilities, good restaurants, decent selection of activities, however the experience was largely ruined for us by this incident, especiall by the attitude the staff dealt with reasonable complaints.

Siora Vittoria is an excellent choice while in Corfu. We will come back with friends next year

I had a magical stay with my family. The staff really went the extra mile to make it a memorable and wonderful stay.
