The air conditioning was absolutely not working during a heat wave. I paid extra during my time in Budapest by looking for hotels with air conditioning and only booking those. Hotel manager said he couldn’t do anything about it. Many people were complaining

Accommodation is very nice and clean. Rooms are great and well appointed with plenty of space. The staff were super helpful and there is a 24 hour reception desk. It feels like a hotel, but with a fully equipped apartment for self catering. We had a great stay here in an excellent location in Budapest.

Beautiful breakfast room!
Wonderful hotel. The only negative was having to go up and down some stairs to get to the room so if stairs are a problem for you, consider asking whether there is a room that doesn't require any.
