The place is super clean. Staff/management cares about your needs and comfort. You're not treated as a customer but feels like a friend/family. Very welcoming. Staff also gave us an overview of the city. Very informative. Marriott got tje right people for the company. I love Marriott budapest. ❤️

False Advertising Regarding Room Category (Grand Apartment): We reserved and paid for the "Grand" apartment category, marketed and depicted in photos on Expedia as a private, full 1-bedroom apartment. Upon arrival, we were placed in an open loft layout with no separate bedroom partition. When raised with on-site management, they claimed we were required to "confirm in advance" if we wanted a separate bedroom—a restriction mentioned nowhere in the listing description or booking terms. 2. Refusal of Advertised Housekeeping / Clean Towels: The property listing explicitly advertises "Daily housekeeping upon request" without any fees, conditions, or exclusions stated. During our five-night stay, we simply requested an exchange for clean towels (not even a full room cleaning), and the front desk flatly refused to accommodate us. 3. Undisclosed, Severe Construction Noise: Extensive construction work took place directly outside the property starting early every morning, persisting continuously straight through the weekend. No notice was provided by the property or Expedia prior to our stay, making restful sleep impossible.

Liked room and breakfast. Air conditioning was good. Hotel does not do food other than breakfast. Also lacks a bar.
