Staff was fine. The room needs attention. An old pilled blanket on the bed needs to be replaced, the handheld shower wand spewed water from the hose connection, the refrigerator did not work, and there was not a hair dryer in the room. I'm the middle of a Netflix show or stopped working and wouldn't reload. Multiple error messages continued to appear. The Westin needs to do better. I brought these issues to the staff on departure in person and in writing and have heard nothing from the Westin. At the very least, I should get a free stay.

the room was 50 degrees when I got in (it was 25 outside) it took 4 hours to warm up to 70. and the fire alarm was beeping all night and the remote for the tv didnt work.
