The highlight of my stay was the amazing and friendly staff/team who went above and beyond to accomodate every request. They were so welcoming and pleasant every time we came back after a long day of travel. Location was AMAZING- could not be better. Would definitely come back. Price was also great.

I would like to recognize the staff at the Aurora Hotel, specifically Ms. Mia, Mr. Tee, and Mr. Andy, who were exceptional. The 3 of them went above and beyond. to make my stay enjoyable. Ms Mia was so pleasant and a joy to talk with, Mr Tee gave me some great ideas in my travel plans as an adventurer, and Mr Andy was really interested in how my day went. The rooms were to my liking, and I asked to be placed on a lower floor, which they were able to accommodate. Any restaurant, massage, excursion, etc, was within walking distance or an Uber/bus ride away. Some friends and I are already making plans to come back, and we will be staying again at this hotel. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They were always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and accommodate any special requests I had. Their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. Suggestion to upgrade TV software as YouTube and a few channels were not working. Would be nice to be able to relax a bit after a long day of exploring by watching TV.
