excellent hotel (clean , class et excellent service ) . the only and i would say the big glitch is the parking of the hotel resident is shared the casino customer and night club ... the audience are in party mood and drunk .. we had a surprise : Our car was wrecked by a guest of another guest who was likely intoxicated. Our first night was disrupted; we were woken up at 4:30 a.m. and asked to come down to the parking area... we didn't get back to sleep until a few hours later. The way the parking is managed is shocking—especially for a luxury hotel costing $800 a night. We ended up with a sleepless night and thousands of dollars in damages... truly disappointing. The worst part is that they are aware of this and it happens often...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’hôtel est impeccable, d’une propreté irréprochable, et le personnel est aux petits soins. Chaque membre de l’équipe fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse et de nombreuses petites attentions qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite Timoulay, une chambre spacieuse, élégante et très confortable. Le balcon est un vrai plus, idéal pour profiter du calme, et la literie est d’excellente qualité, garantissant des nuits reposantes. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et propose un large choix de produits. La piscine est parfaitement entretenue et très agréable. Une mention spéciale pour le room service et le spa, qui méritent vraiment d’être davantage connus : les tarifs sont très raisonnables et les prestations sont d’une excellente qualité. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour.

Très bon séjour grâce à un accueil très chaleureux et sympathique. Le personnel est toujours à l'écoute et disponible. La chambre est grande et très confortable et les infrastructures sont tous opérationnelles. L'accès plage est direct et nous disposons d'un espace privé avec des transats et parasols.
