High Atlas Romantic Vacations

The staff and the property could not have been better. Even before our trip, Maryam texted to welcome us and help us with transfers from the airport. During our stay, I and my two sons really appreciated the warmth and friendliness of all staff. We were able to organise taxis, get some great restaurant recommendations and arrange a tour up to the mountains. Breakfast every day was great, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, your choice of eggs and pancakes or something similar. The pool is beautiful and the beds are SUPER comfortable. By the way, we highly recommend Hicham, one of the drivers!

Great property

Absolutely gorgeous property, extremely well maintained and clean! Feels like a lot of care goes into maintaining it every single day, including someone getting all the flower pedals and leaves out of the pool regularly throughout the day. They even put rose water scented cool towels in the lobby for guests; nice little details matter a lot! Love that breakfast was included, too! The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the restaurant food for dinner; tried it twice and one night it gave me a really upset stomach and I couldn’t eat more than a few bites. I also enjoyed a spa treatment and loved that I could order a drink by the pool. The pool was fabulous especially as it was so hot when I was there! Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to all the main sites in Marrakech but still enjoy a quiet and peaceful respite away.

Very old hotel. Old toilets. Shower barely worked. 30 year old carpet in the room. I don’t what they are waiting for to fix those things. Toilet smelled like urine. We asked several times to fix it but no one responds. You should be ashamed to call this hotel Es Saadi.

The Riad was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for during our week in Marrakech. The Nashira suite was not big enough for our family of four, and unfortunately all other rooms were booked. The suite was also not very clean- the carpets had a strange smell to them. The staff were amazing and would be the only reason I would consider returning.

Good hotel, friendly staff. We picked it given its approximate location to town.

Small riad located outside the medina. You need to be prepared to deal with staff who can be quite persistent in trying to sell extra services despite our refusals. We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received. We ended up without transportation in the middle of the night, having to figure things out ourselves, and they refused to issue a refund

The location is perfect! About a 15 - 20 minute walk to Souk (Popular Shopping Area) and the Big Square (More shopping, restaurants, local entertainment, banks etc). If you’ve never been to Marrakech before, particularly Raid, the properties do not have much signage and the buildings all look the same. We were able to identify the property when we got to the location on Google Maps by a unique wooden door. Which would be extremely difficult to find especially if you’re checking in at night. Which was the case for us so we had to ask a few locals to help us. However, once you get through those doors you’ll love it! The aesthetics are just like the images, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They assisted us to navigate through the city, book tours, and get taxis. Would definitely recommend!
