Tancah Romantic Vacations

Don't book this Hotel is a fraud when we arrived it was is only one person at the property, when we check in just the maintenance guy was there ,the rooms are in a very poor condition, the pool was dirty and it has one glass hand rail at the pool that t is shattered, is not even safe to be at the pool , the lounge chairs are old and dirty ,we thought if the room is decent we will stay, but the we went to check the beach and we heard some one screaming at the second floor, it was one guy at the inside the little swimming pool (the water was yellow)dressed and screaming, it was a dantesque scene, we let immediately ,a big company like this should not be putting people in danger.

Horrible lugar las habitaciones de lo más sucio cucarachas insectos y la playa está llena de zargaso con un olor horroroso que entra alas habitaciones fue como una pesadilla pasar una noche allí el inodoro se tapó al primer uso tuvimos que salir de ese lugar ala mañana siguiente nada es igual a las fotos que están en el anuncio de ese horrible lugar

Love this private place. Beach was gorgeous and clean. Rooms were comfy, modern and comfortable. Bedding was ultra luxurious.

Our stay at Dreams Tulum was wonderful from start to finish. My fiancé and I had such a fun and relaxing time, and the staff made the experience even more special with their kindness, attentiveness, and amazing service. One of our favorite parts was wandering around the beautiful property together and spotting all the wildlife. The resort had such a peaceful, natural atmosphere that made every walk feel like an adventure. We truly loved our stay and can't wait to get married here!
