Great location near haystack rock. The value for the money scores a zero - crappy mattress, plastic furniture, mediocre shower/water pressure, etc. Helpful that the hotel offers a shuttle to the downtown shopping area but would be more helpful if the front desk would answer the phone when a pick up was needed. in general no one picks up the phone so calling for basic help requires a few tries. While there's a restaurant on site, they do not hold tables for guests so one has no choice but to drive or walk 15 minutes to town for food (which would be fine if you don't have small children). Bonfire on the beach was a nice add and this is why I didn't only give a single star.

Would have liked to stay more to explore the area and use the amenities a little more. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a couple things in the room that were not working not to mention the list we reserved wasn't available. Otherwise it was a good trip and lots of fun.
