Excellent staff and beautiful hotel. I would love to stay here again

Overall, the property is very beautiful and has a lot of potential. However, it is a bit smaller than it appears in the photos. There are several areas that could be improved, particularly communication, as it was very difficult to get in touch with someone when we needed assistance. The cleanliness and maintenance of the different areas of the villa were also average and could be improved. The pool is heated, but it was excessively hot during our stay. In addition, the chemicals in the pool stained all of our white swimsuits yellow, which was very disappointing. The parking areas are also quite far from the villa and unfortunately do not provide any shade. Overall, the property is beautiful, but there are several aspects that could be improved to make the guest experience more comfortable and enjoyable.

Has several pluses for a family with young kids, including a playground with trampolines, at least three pools. They let us store our bags there for a few hours after we checked out so that we could go off on a day trip and cut the bags later which was really nice. The food was decent but I wish they had more offerings. The location is about 20 minutes from the center of the city. It's just on the outskirts, but definitely walkable. Staff was very helpful in friendly. A few negatives were that the pools were a little slimy. And I guess I mentioned before the food was kind of almost bar food. At least at one of the restaurants almost like americanized type of mexican food

This was an amazing property. It was a short walk away from the busy streets of Antigua to quiet, verdant grounds, beautiful spacious decor and interesting nooks all around. We had a delicious food at the restaurant for dinner and 2 breakfasts: really well prepared dishes, some with local flair. (I ordered wine twice and both times the bottle must have been open for some time-- it was bad. I don't recommend ordering by the glass.) The staff was attentive and we truly loved our stay.
