Excelente las instalaciones el entorno con las piscinas inigualable. Teníamos piscina pequeña para cada habitación. Los niños disfrutaron al máximo. Camas muy cómodas y amplia la habitación. El desayuno súper bueno varios menús y el personal muy amable y siempre atentos. Atención personalizada. Lo repetiría otra vez. Gracias

The room was shabby and could use some paint. The balcony wasn't graded towards the drain so the condensation from the patio door pooled up into an ever-present puddle. There are 3 restaurants, but only 1 was open at a time depending on the number of guest that day. The bartenders were nice. Beware of the "snorkeling" trip to they push in the lobby, there are no snorkels involved--

The hotel staff is friendly. However, I think the room needs a quick renovation; the shower fixtures are faulty, the water pressure is poor, and the furniture is somewhat worn. As for breakfast, if you're staying for several days, you'll get bored of them always serving the same thing. They should vary the options.
