The property and the location is good. But what they don't mention is that some of the chalets are very far from the reception and you have to cross a main street, and if you don't have the car there is no help or trolley to drag the suitcases across. The receptionists are very unhelpful and apathetic. They blocked the room access card even before our check out time and and again to reactivate, though it is their fault, you need to walk all the way to the reception to reactivate it!

The Hotel itself is super cute. With that real Finnish vibe. Stylish, elegant, quaint. Room clean, my view was amazing. Beautifully located. So Picturesque!! I wanted to love it so much! But here are the fails. The staff need some serious customer service training. No smiles were seen, and certainly not a “How was your stay?” It’s a busy time of year, but I was taken by surprise at how many families with young children. Definite vibe Killer! There’s no lift at this property, and no one to help with bags so be prepared. Breakfast was chaos trying to find an available clean table. Maybe I will give this property the opportunity to redeem itself, because had it not been for a very ordinary (less than ordinary) experience. I probably would have loved the place.

It’s a resort for people who want to be active. Active in the sense of skiing, etc.. the laundry facilities worked for what we needed. Staff was helpful. The lookout Tower gave a beautiful view.
