“Staff is very helpful and nice. They are very willing to help. The hotel is clean. I accidentally made a wrong booking which was found just before arrival. The hotel staff was very friendly to provide assistance. I can stay in the hotel successfully with their rearrangement. It is not far away from the train station. Moreover it is close to the river side which is near to the Arctic Museum. This is a good place to see the northern light. I truely recommend this hotel.”

“Right at the center of Rovaniemi. Clean room and spacious. Only entrance at the 1st floor felt a bit sketchy, but hallway on 2nd floor, where the rooms are, was nice and clean. Would stay here again when needing to stop quickly at the city. Parking lot was just other side of the street. And hotel was connected to Rovaniemi main shopping mall so store’s were really close by.”
