Don't be fooled by the Hyatt name this is a very average hotel, with above average rates. The toilet in my room would not empty and maintenance was required to fix it. My issue is why housekeeping didn't notify maintenance because the maid must have noticed it wasn't flushing properly. Next we only had up to channel number 20 on the cable. It seems they were switching television providers, but guests should have been notified of this. Lastly there's the breakfast. Hyatt's entire system is disgusting. They prepare way too much hot foot and then leave it in covered heated containers that continue to cook the food to the point it's disgusting. They put out cold food (yogurt, fruit, etc) out at 6:30 a.m. and leave it there, without refrigeration, until they close breakfast at 9:30 a.m. The health board would cite this nonsense for food contamination. This is completely unappealing and dangerous.

When we first arrived right off the bat, the elevator was out of service and no service doors worked around building except main entrance. The hallways were filthy, the room was filthy, greasy hand prints on door, dried toothpaste spit in sink and towels were not folded just thrown on the shelf and the tv didnt work. We asked for a new room. The front desk moved us to a new room and 2 minutes being in the new room, my wife pulled the sheets back and bed bugs! We quickly grabbed our stuff and left and got our money back. Health department needs to shut that place down.
