Great location, staff were very friendly

We stayed at the Harbour Hotel for four nights and, having paid alot of money for our stay, I felt the overall value for money was disappointing. In particular, I was surprised that we had to pay extra for parking. At this price level, I would have expected parking to be included for hotel guests. I was also disappointed to discover that certain items ordered at breakfast attracted an additional charge. Again, considering the amount we had already paid and that breakfast was included in our rate, I would have expected a full breakfast offering to be covered without additional charges. Overall, the stay was extremely expensive, and these extra charges left us feeling that the hotel did not offer the level of value we would expect for what we paid.

Great experience

If you are looking for a real remote experience right on the Atlantic coast this house definitely delivers. Modern, comfortable and well-appointed home for 2 families. We also enjoyed the local history and had a fantastic time.

We stayed in the area for our first three days in Ireland and it was our hub to get around Ballyconneely and Clifdon as well as Galway. The hotel staff was very accommodating and the restaurant was great. We booked a larger room with a living area and bar and it was great. Rooms were clean and the area was quiet during the evening hours. O'Grady's for dinner next to the water was great. Had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the food was great as well as the staff. Great overall exprience at The Twelve Hotel.

Room was large and immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet allows g for a good night of sleep. The bathroom is large, great water pressure and temperature. I only stayed one night and didn’t get to explore the amenities, but what I saw was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
