The rooms were clean, the staff was amazing, the AC worked well. It's in a great location. The breakfast isn't included which seems odd for what it is. Also we literally booked a room that was advertised as two singles, selected that option, then followed up to confirm and they didn't give us two single beds. This is a pretty big sticking point as requesting that generally means you require it.
But, I would def stay again as a solo traveller or as a couple, just not as friends.

We were wanting a close to the airport option but it takes over 20 mins so not close. The staff at dinner were tricky. We were charged for a meal that was boxed up because it never came. The quality of food was not good compared to any of the options nearby.

Liked the hotel room was great. Staff were ok. The big let down for us was the hotels big selling point. The roof restaurant is amazing, the view can’t be beat. The service is ok but nothing special. The let down is the roof pool it was a reason for booking as we enjoy the sitting at the pool after the day out, there is zero shade you are getting blasted by the sun all day, it closes about 1900 even though it is still light and could be a relaxing time. On my one occasion up there there were a number of pretty drunk people and I felt sorry for the staff who probably did feel that they couldnt cut them off. Overall hotel is ok and in a good location but not amazing as it could be.

Severe health and hygiene issues - confirmed bedbugs. We experienced a severe hygiene issue during our stay at this property. Within the first 48 hours, my husband began developing severe bite marks. We notified the front desk immediately to request a deep clean and fresh bedding, but the issue was dismissed as local outdoor bug bites. Despite thoroughly checking the room initially and finding nothing, we later discovered a dead bedbug under the covers. We have photographic documentation of both the insect and the daily bite patterns. Other guests have noted similar experiences in past reviews. Travelers should exercise caution when booking this location.
