“This is a little gem of a hotel, while the rooms are on the smaller size they are well equipped and have everything you need (apart from a fridge). Staff are friendly and keen to help, bar area is brilliant with the table top interactive game, shuffle board, interactive darts and ps5’s. Had the duck pizza which was a winner. Didn’t use the spa due to the cost but hopefully will on our next visit. Breakfast was nice and fresh, good coffee and a lovely view of the lake. All in all this is a nice……

“I booked with the intention of proposing to me lovely girlfriend. The reception arranged with my friends access to decorate the room whilst we were out to dinner. Staff were amazing, location was gorgeous and food option 10/10….. SHE SAID YES!!!! A perfect trip and over the moon I chose the Grove”

“This is our second time staying at this hotel! The bed is extremely comfortable, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious, especially the pancakes! All the staff are very friendly, particularly Maria. When we stayed here last time, most guests were 11+ exam students and parents rushing through breakfast to leave early. Despite the chaos, Maria remained calm, patient, and kind the whole time. We were truly touched by her warmth and care!”

“Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful.”
