Weekend getaways in Puerto Morelos

The most amazing, magical, zen place I ever stay at. Highly recommend 👌

Very satisfied with my stay great place for couples and families recommended it. super clean felt very welcomed and great staff. I would definitely come back.

Arrive was great and the room was amazing with a view of the ocean. Would recommend visiting.

Wonderful hosts. A unique experience, sleeping under the stars to the sounds of the forest. Magical.

Great location

The workers were excellent!! The food was excellent. The views were phenomenal. The Guanas are very friendly. Outside of the seaweed smell and pretty much no beach due to the seaweed, we had a great stay.

I recently stayed at this beautiful resort that offers exceptional service and a range of dining options. As a foodie, I tried most of the restaurants and found the meals to be good overall. The Lobster House was my favorite, as it served outstanding breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Kitchen Table offered a breakfast buffet with plenty of delicious options for everyone. Chez Isabella provided a great dinner experience, while Oregano's lunch menu hit the spot for me. Basmati had a nice ambiance,...

This is a one of a kind, amazing experience. I strongly recommend adding on the “chocolate ceremony.” You make chocolate from cacao beans, start to finish. Elda and Julio are amazing hosts who make this an unforgettable experience.

Our family of five visited for a quick weekend getaway for spring break 2021. This was our fifth trip to Grand Residences. The property is beautiful. The master suite is huge, decorated well and kept immaculate. Said that, it's the service and hospitality that will keep you coming back. Everyone from the front desk to the grounds keepers are polite and courteous. This is a SIX STAR resort. Two restaurants on property with a beach bar that serves food as well. Check in is a little more...

Friendly, quiet place. Great food and lots of activities

Beautiful space. Right on the beach. A bit remote unless you have a rental car. So bring food with!! I’d return.

Stayed here 2 weeks for 7 days here and within the first 6 hours I’d fallen in love with the hotel. Breathtaking views of the ocean, luxurious interior designing, clean bedding, amazing food, and most importantly- warm and welcoming staff who were there to help with every question. The area is full of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The rooftop view with the pool and ocean is exactly as seen in the pictures. I want to especially thank the rooftop Want to thank Ilse and the...

Well equipped, pleasant and helpful staff. I'd stay here again if I were in puerto morelos

This is our second time staying at Ventus El cid. We love staying here! The accommodations are beautiful and very clean. We do spend the majority of our pool time over at the Marina pool. We have young kids and there is a slide and cliff you can jump off of. Plus just a little more lively with fun music and activities. We call this one the fun pool and the other the quiet pool! The kids love to paint the ceramics by the pool, walk up and get their drinks, and make bracelets with the activities...

WHEN BOOKING, I FOUND IT SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT TO FIGURE OUT THE LAYOUT OF THE RESORT. AS WITH OTHER SECRETS RESORTS, IT IS CONNECTED TO BREATHLESS AND IF YOU BOOK SECRETS, YOU CAN SHARE ALL BREATHLESS AMMENITIES BUT IF YOU BOOK BREATHLESS, YOU CANNOT SHARE SECRETS AMMENITIES.THE SECRETS SIDE IS THE QUIETER COUPLES SIDE WHERE AS BREATHLESS IS THE MORE LIVELY PARTY SIDE FOR EVERYONE. THE RESORT IS ON THE SMALLER SIDE SO ALL AMMENITIES ARE WITHIN AN EASY WALKING DISTANCE. ONLY ONE NEGATIVE AT LEAST...

Overall the resort was excellent. Be prepared there is no swimmable beach near the resort.

I almost gave this hotel 5 stars until I returned from my stay to only have to find myself trying calling the 1800-592-1246 number numerous times in order to dispute charges of $195.41 & $234.32 that were made unknowingly on my credit card. I even read the reviews and was handed a billing statement before I left the property of only having to pay $4 for sanitation fees. The billing statement that they give you at the end of your stay won't even matter because they're going to charge you what...

The resort is beautiful, the food amazing, and there is plenty to do.

The food was fabulous. So much entertainment that we did not need to get off the resort. Really wish we could have had a liquor bar in our room, but instead it was just two beers, I’m sure we could have asked for more? Room service was 24hr which was nice. The nightlife of the resort shuts down at 1am which was fine for us. We did go off resort which was a bit of a track, Doubt it would have taken us this long had we stayed in town, but we definitely did not regret it! There was 1 resort...
