The staff was wonderful. They even met us at the square and navigated our car up into their parking area. They just went over and above doing anything they could for us! The cottage was roomy, decorated nicely and super clean. The staff brought us anything we needed and even let me know when the spa was ready after it went down for 15 minutes. The views from the cottage were superb- from the terraces all the way out to the sea, and the garden with it's citrus and vegetables draped everywhere....

The 24/7 concierge was amazing! The staff were really helpful and answered any questions you had and were happy to book reservations to make your day trips as pleasant as possible. The complimentary breakfast every morning was fresh, hearty, and delicious - mad world to order eggs/omelets and coffee!

This hotel is an excellent base for exploring Taormina. It's inside the walls, near shops and restaurants (although on the opposite side of town from the Roman amphitheater). The service was excellent and friendly. The breakfasts, served on a rooftop with a commanding view, were outstanding - pretty much anything you might want, including eggs cooked to order. Caution: you can't pull your car up to the hotel, which is in a pedestrian-only area. You park in a multi-story garage, take the elevator...

My husband Robert and I loved this quaint hotel with delicious food, top rated local wines, beautiful suites, and the best ever professional and friendly staff. We hated that we could not stay longer where we felt so at home! Especially the kind and friendly staff were memorable:Dahlia briefed us on the Villa and all it and the town had to offer, including a great map; Manuel made the best Italian cocktails and really selected fantastic local wines; Anna's English was spectacular as she served...

Palazzo Vecchio Taormina is an amazing hotel! It is a Palazzo that has been wonderfully and tastefully renovated. My room had an incredible view of the sea and the bells from an old church nearby. Waking up and looking out of the window and facing the morning light was unforgettable. I have stayed in many top hotels around the world- besides the above, what distinguishes this hotel is the people working there- the staff at the restaurant (Armando, Vincenzo) are outstanding. Beautiful room and location. Very nice to have bottle of champagne when we arrived. Much needed after the drive up the mountain, many hairpin turns!!! But worth it. Wonderful views of Taormina and below. Parking available at reasonable cost close by. We walked down a long path, loved it.

We stayed at Medusa Suites during our time in Sicily and it truly exceeded our expectations.
The facilities are very well maintained, the rooms are spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. The air conditioning worked perfectly (very important in August) and the beds were extremely comfortable.
The location is excellent — quiet yet close to the main areas. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.
You can tell it’s a well-cared-for place with attention to detail. We would definitely...

Perfect place to stay for a Sicily / Taormina trip. Right in the nice part of town. A walk a way from anything you might visit. The staff is super helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and the view was amazing. I never write reviews but this was a next level stay

We booked a room in the Rock annex. It was an entire, fully equipped apartment. The Rock annex is located across the street and down about one block from the main hotel. To be honest, other than doing the initial checkin and a walk around, we never went to the main hotel building. The pool is located there and there is a small bar. However, we were not in Taormina to sit by the pool, so it was of little interest to us. The apartment was wonderful! Quiet. Accessible to everything. Best, I was...

Wonderful, relaxing stay at B&B Sole. Sonia and Leonardo were such friendly and helpful hosts. We enjoyed the beautiful, quiet atmosphere away from the hubbub of Taormina, but were close enough to see the tourist sites. Also, great view of Mount Etna.

EXCELLENT.. EXCELLENT. This bed and breakfast is the best. Good location, very clean, is being updated. The breakfast very delicious. For USA people pls remember that in Europe you will have a lot of stairs. Keep that in mind. No elevator.

The staff was very accommodating. Very knowledgeable for a quick restaurant recommendation with out of their way to accommodate your needs My only pet peeve like with all hotels that they don't put hooks on the wall for craps that you can hang things up while traveling
