Helpful staff. I got an hour extra time to check out just by asking. The wole place is extra clean and feels very new.

The shower was the best I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff were very friendly. Everything was kept clean.

We booked a room to stay overnight after a concert at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater. I like to stay at Hampton Inns because you always know what you're getting. We were not disappointed, the staff was friendly & the rooms were clean & comfortable. The hotel is very close to shopping & a variety of restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a quality place to stay without breaking the budget.

Check in was easy. The room and property were clean. The breakfast was good and enjoyable. everything went well.

The first room bed wasn’t clean we had to wait awhile to get another room other than that everything else was okay.

I truly love this hotel. I've visited three times, and each time, it's still quiet and clean. Plus, I absolutely love the decor and how cleverly they've incorporate themes from the banking industry. It was clean

Great stay in Chinatown - fabulous restaurants and activites. Clean, safe, great hotel. Parking is $30 in a connected garage with in an out possibilities with a sticker from the front desk (not the hotel's but connected to the hotel) - a great price for Chicago.

Comfortable bed, nice toiletries, welcoming staff. Breakfast was adequate. Good value for the price.
