We love the indoor atrium pool, the buffet, and the Purple Parrot restaurant! My kids love the kid games and my parents have fun at the slots. Atlantis always offers a peaceful and relaxing getaway for my family.

Top notch property for adults and pets. Great breakfast as well.

There are restaurant option around the area. The staff are very helpful and did above and beyond while we were there. We had a good stay. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and the jacuzzi.

Great hotel the area around the hotel not so good but the hotel and staff are awesome!! Super cute rooms and I’m a man that doesn’t use the phrase super cute! But it really was!

Great place to stay. Downside was that my wife saw a bed bug crawling around when we went to bed.

This hotel is perfect for our one night stay. It is clean and far from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, I will definitely come back here again. The breakfast is also great!

The room was absolutely fabulous. It was super clean which is a plus. The only thing that was a down fall, was that we got 2 keys upon arrival. We wanted 1 more. After getting the one additional, it canceled out our other 2 cards. When we took them back to the front desk the gentleman behind the counter said "Yeah that happens". The rooms were downright spacious, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous!

Great stay. Rooms felt newly renovated/ clean and staff was super nice. Guest in the rooms around me were a little loud, but I’m a deep sleeper so I didn’t mind!

Overall very comfy, a bit hard to see from the street but that adds to the quiet.

We were there for 2 nights so my son could tour the University. I did not want to stay at a casino hotel and this looked very nice. It was!!! The beautiful Truckee river runs right behind. It is walking distance to the casino strip. The Aces ballpark is right across the street. It is easy to find off of the freeway. The staff at the Renaissance are consistently kind, helpful and conscientious.

What a wonderful stay! The room was so clean and comfortable. My son really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The continental breakfast was wonderful with, juice, coffee, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, biscuits & gravy, breads, etc. What a great selection and the employee managing that section was on her A game with making sure everything stayed filled and fresh. My husband and I enjoyed so many of the different activities offered at the GSR. Customer service was great from everyone and love our experiences there. Food was great wherever went as well.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. We stayed here one night with our family of four because we had a late arrival in to the airport. The hotel airport shuttle takes about less than 5 minutes. Breakfast buffet included (scrambled eggs and chorizo) with choice of cereals bagels fresh fruit.
