Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint is that we did not realize there is a $40 per day resort fee that is not included in the room charges when you pay upon arrival, so we got a bill for that upon checking out. Would be nice if they included it up front. But staff were very helpful and the food was good, room was clean, location was great, so otherwise no complaints! We would probably stay elsewhere next time to avoid the fee but would still come back for the sushi restaurant!

The rooms were nice and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. We had great service at the Purple Parrot, food was ok. We were only there briefly, but we would stay there again.

I travel once a month to Reno for work and always stay at the Atlantis because of the extremely friendly staff, easy check in, quality of rooms and amenities. I've tried all the hotels in Reno and, in my opinion, Atlantis is the best.
