It was clean, quiet, and the general manager Kylie was exceptional!!

We visited TS for the first time for our Oct birthdays. It was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and quiet, restraunts and bars were diverse and affordable, and ALL staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We will go back!

♥️

We upgraded to suite for in room hot tub . Suite was HUGE! It was more like an apartment. Had a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop . Living room w pullout couch, the bathroom was very large , very very clean w a huge walk in shower and jetted tub. Granite countertop, bedroom was giant with the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel. Super soft sheets and down duvet. 5 pillows all supremely soft and sink into quality. I would absolutely stay here again...they have a shuttle to...

Very friendly people and amazing atmosphere!

Clean and easy to get to. Staff very friendly.

Stayed here multiple times. Great staff, location, comfortable and clean.

Loved that I did not have to leave the hotel

This was probably the nicest place that I have stayed at in a very long time. I would gladly go back again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Fairfield Verona during a concert event at Turning Stone Casino. My room was exceptionally clean and in very good conditional. I enjoyed and appreciated the customer service I received when I arrived and when I left.

Highly recommend! Lovely quaint inn with friendly staff and beautiful rooms We will be back!

We stay here all the time.

The Onedia Mansion House is a wonderful place to stay. It a unique experience to stay in a Museum and Historic House such as the Mansion. This is not the usual B&B or hotel. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious and grounds are lovely for walking.

Everything was new. The staff was great. Nice and quiet as well

Had 2 rooms for a few days in October 2026. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Used the guest laundry as well. All the machines worked well and were Reasonable. Breakfast was ok had some sausage and powdered eggs for protein and coffee was there all day. Would stay here again.

Super clean. Place was spotless. Nice room. Bathroom and fixtures were very nice high end. Very updated throughout. Casino was very clean. Dining and bar options. No complaints. Staff was very helpful. Coffee shops were all closed on Sunday am when we checked out which was disappointing but all together very nice.

I love the Hotel Utica! From the wonderful, exceptional staff to the beautiful lobby, to the wonderful views of the city from the windows. The staff there is so helpful and friendly, everyone takes pride in working there. The lady who cooks the buffet breakfast makes different things every day. And just looking at the beauty of the architecture will amaze you. You could not find artists to create something like this hotel today. It is a shame that it has been bought by a chain, which, by...

Room was a little run down. Peeling wallpaper for example.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. This is one the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time.
