Everything was amazing! Super kind staff! Awesome pool and hot tub. Great for everyone! 1 minute to summit mall.

Amazing stay! We will be staying here from now on when we visit family is Pontiac.

Excellent staff in the hotel. Wish there was a breakfast buffet--whether free or pay version. The cafe was very expensive and our friends waited 45 minutes to get a breakfast burrito. Another family loved the pool...it was a mini vacation for them!!

perfect

Easy check in. Great stafff - everyone is so kind, nice and helpful. Our favorite server was Rocco 😀

It was a one night stay so we chose this hotel for its location. We didn't realize that it was a fairly new hotel. Our room was very modern, pretty and clean. We had more towels than we needed! Loved the charging unit on the desk for phone charging. Loved the lounge chair. Every staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and accommodating, especially the breakfast attendant. We had a wonderful experience, loved this hotel.

The property was very clean and well kept my room was lovely and I will definitely be staying at these properties again

Overall the stay was fine. The AC was really loud, but manageable. Griffin the front desk guy is rude so watch out for him. Other than that, I’d stay again.

Everyone was the best very clean n I loved it

It was good hotel and good location. The only issue we had was with lock, which staff took care off.

nice stay, staff was great, for our stay location was great. down side our ceiling in the bathroom was gross, paint was peeling, should have made a fuss but didn't

Very nice place. Lobby is all new and rooms are large with the Living room, Kitchen and Bedroom all seperate. Staff was very friendly. Centrally located to the expressway.

Clean, modern, and convenient little hotel—we stayed overnight after a concert at nearby Pine Knob. Staff was joyously friendly and helpful with information and even guidance on a shuttle available to and from Pine Knob. I will definitely book here again. It’s perfect!

Clean rooms and friendly staff!

Comfortable beds & pillow, quiet, and great location! Pleasantly surprised by the fresh breakfast as well.

I stay at a lot of hotels, this was an anniversary staycation and had a blast. Will definitely be back

The room layout was functional and the place was clean/updated. Would stay here again.

Pet friendly and cheapest "xtra" charge for pets around the area. Cynthia was fantastic at check in, making sure thatbwe had a room that could handle our crates for the dogs. Will stay again!
