1) Regular tours are ONLY FOR OVER 12 YEARS OLD, all passengers must reach 1.50 to be able to ride.
2) Bring their own bottle of water!!
3) The tour departures with light rain. In case of heavy rain, thunderstorms or orange alert issued by the National Meteorological Service, the company may cancel the tour before or during the tour. It can only be rescheduled (subject to company availability)
4) The maximum waiting time is 10 minutes, after that time the tour will begin and no monetary refund will be made.
5) Cancelation: 24 hs before the beginning of the tour
6) The ecological reserve is closed on Mondays and due to bad weather conditions
