  1. Temaki Sushi Course
    Make sushi rice, tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet), and teriyaki chicken, then roll your own sushi with fresh fish, vegetables, or tofu.
    Vegetarian options available.

  2. Japanese Hamburger Steak Course
    Prepare a full set meal with juicy hambāgu (Japanese-style hamburger steak), potato salad, and miso soup.
    No vegetarian option available.

Lessons are taught entirely in English, so international travelers can join with confidence. No cooking experience is required. We’ll guide you through each step.

You'll start by exploring a local Japanese supermarket to learn about essential ingredients. Then, back at our home kitchen, you'll learn how to prepare traditional Japanese home-cooked dishes, cook together, and enjoy a warm meal at the table. This is more than just a cooking class — it's a cultural exchange. As Tokyo locals with over 15 years of experience living in the city, we’re also happy to help you plan your trip or share local tips over the meal. Come hungry and curious — and leave with full stomachs and happy hearts!
