内容介绍

在塞尼奥斯（Seignosse）、霍塞戈尔（Hossegor）或卡布勒东（Capbreton）美丽的海滩上，跟随自 2002 年起在国家注册的法国专业冲浪教练学习或提高冲浪水平。

体验冲浪，根据海洋条件和潮汐调整时间和地点：冲浪也是对海洋和海浪行为的了解。

在体验冲浪时学习太极拳的影响：禅意和渐进式探索。

在海滩停车场的 Ki 冲浪学校汽车旁准备好一天的冲浪活动，这些停车场通常位于 Seignosse，但也可位于 Hossegor 或 Capbreton（根据海洋条件提供最方便的地点）。穿上潜水衣，带上冲浪板，享受 2 小时的冲浪课程。
